idealization
在精神分析里，idealization 通常译为：理想化。
它指个体把某个对象（如父母、伴侣、治疗师，甚至自我）体验为“特别好、特别强大、特别完美”，从而弱化、否认或排除其现实中的缺点、局限和攻击性。弗洛伊德把它界定为一种“与客体有关的过程”，即客体本身并未改变，但在主体心中被“抬高、 exalted”。后来在客体关系理论和自体心理学里，这个概念又被进一步发展：它既可能是正常发展的组成部分，也可能在病理状态中与分裂（splitting）、贬低（devaluation）、自恋性脆弱等结合出现。
